Solid, smart, self sufficient people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Remote first flexibility and knowing that we make a difference every day.

What makes you most happy at work?

Transparency, Communication, Openness, Courage .. and generally, when I know people are showing up with their best selves.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Balance AI focus with genuine care for people. Remove silos and politics, provide clear communication, empower teams, and watch for burnout, turnover, and talent being overlooked. When strong contributors go years without growth, it signals leadership gaps that need attention. Bring heart back.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In 3.5 years, I have had 3 directors and one interim leader. I am a solid contributor, need little direction, praised often, and every year rated as having an exceptional impact on the company however I've never gotten a promotion. My last company? I was there 11 years and received 8 promotions.
