My team is fun to be with! We try to make even the hardest days enjoyable.

Many people I work with seem to care about me as a person and not just as an employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not make enough money to live on my own in the state I currently reside in. The giveaways at the end of the year feel silly and I think the money would be better used to give employees larger salaries or holidays bonuses.
