We all bring different skill sets to the team. We have multiple teams - my sales team, the different delivery teams. We all are in communication and value each other's input.

In sales - I always have a new solution/technology to learn and bring to market. As an ERG Chair, I love that we have invested in our culture and community program with CEO support. Allows us to interact with colleagues we never would have the opportunity to meet but for our ERG meetings.
