SWCA: I have worked in various roles and departments at this company, and even though I have experienced hardships in the beginning, they have been very receptive to my feedback and have made positive changes

In that environment, the 5 day in office mandate has a deep impact on already limited work life balance. Sacrifices to health and wellness, time with family are inevitable.
