What does the leadership team need to get better at?

A culture of fear permeates throughout the organization. Unfortunately, not much has changed over the years. Management should be held accountable for fixing a culture of fear rather than people in the operation being told month after month that something might change.

McMaster-Carr is a toxic work environment. Many people end up on prescription antidepressants and other medications as a result. The pay is not worth the negative health impact.
