It has been a wild ride, and the ride is not over. It's not for everyone, but if you want an intense challenge and can work like crazy for a few years, you will do things you can't so anywhere else.

They have the craziest ambition and are really trying to build something amazing

The people i work closely with are all amazing, and work very hard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pension top up is great, though might make leaving early hard. I think the stock options could be valuable.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People are exhausted. The company is trying to do too much with too few people. It looks like it's getting worse over time, not better.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm nervous that there will be some giant crisis as a result of some other team taking a risk or selling something we can't deliver without working people to death for a few weeks. It's how senior leadership want to run things, so it's not going to change.
