I think allowing foods on the floor will make moderators happy

All TL's are goods when it comes to managing the team. I think the one who needs to improve is the tm, they need to be more understandable when it comes to their moderators
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Like I said. It's kinda trend here gossiping others life and I am one of the victim of that attitude of others. It can be improve by having a strictly rule when it comes to bullying
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to improve their moral. Most of the moderators here wasted their times on gossiping others life and It's kinda terrible and scary specially when they're talking to someone and their story was not even true
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It'll be more better for most of the moderators here if the salary is much higher than our salary now, cause most of the employees here is kinda far away and their salary literally goes to their transpo, also their foods
