It also has problems that many larger companies share, lack of raises and hiring in recent years, many people that do not do a good job, and an upper management that leave a lot to be desired.

My biggest issue is not having enough time to do what I feel I should be doing as a Director to support my staff. There are too many competing priorities and I'm not close to reaching my productivity target.
