What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone I have worked with at NetScout has been friendly and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. I have encountered very few people who do not want to work hard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
NetScout promotes a good culture by allowing employees to recognize one another. The reward program would be better if we didn't have to wait a year for points to renew and if the financial impact was a little bigger. Most people would have to save for a couple years to get a decent gift card.
