What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along, are willing to help each other if needed. We genuinely care about each other, professionally and personally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The wonderful workmates, and wonderful and fair manager and supervisor. They are always willing to help and never make your feel like your bothering them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the friendly environment, and I love reacting with my disability folks, they are so friendly and appreciative of the help I give them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think its fair that I work so hard for the company, and newcomers hire in at more than I make after being here for all these yeas.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager Shawntell is fair with everyone and is available if we need her. No favoritism, which I've dealt with at my previous employment. She is exactly what every leader should strive to be like
