I have enjoyed all of my time and there is a lot of work I do daily that allows me to feel the impact I make to the company. Pay, PTO, and growth are things that can be improved.

Being able to ask questions and bring my ideas to leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration, it always feels we have the best ideas come about from speaking with one another and brainstorming together. I always feel comfortable asking questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love a volunteer program within the company; I think that would be a great way for us to promote health and wellness. Also, I feel that we should be offering more PTO days to our employees.
