I'm happy to do my daily job and to ensure that all works well in our site. I like to help other coworkers, when I'm able to, that makes me feel happy and useful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the general feeling is that people are kind and polite, there isn't an unbearable pressure about reaching goals and attaining unreacheable standards, like I felt in other companies. Results must be attained, but working together and respecting our coworkers.
