Truly fantastic culture. Trustworthy, high caliber people, who are competitive in the "Team Appian vs the field" way, rather than the "Team member A vs Team member B" way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay transparency on job postings seems more in-step with similar tech companies. Without that transparency upfront, it's easy to default to "everyone else must be making more" thinking, even if this is not true.
