I enjoy the work that I do. In May of 2000 I left for another job but came back to Zenith 5 months later because Zenith was my home.

The leadership team is very knowledgeable. I have learned a lot under this leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Having our monthly meetings. Very informative, keeping the team abreast of changes and ways to improve our duties.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The inclusion and recognition of the employees. I love ZNET and the sharing of what's going on in the different offices.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm not happy with our Insurance Carrier. I loved BCBS and would be willing to pay a little more to have them again.
