Compared to the market Netscout does not pay as well and hasn't kept up with the market in terms of raises.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Clear strategy and raises. I'm somewhat surprised i'm being asked to fill out a survey to hire new people when we haven't hired any new engineers in several years and haven't done raises. Is this a joke?
