What makes you most happy at work?

A quiet day when I can get a lot done.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The morale committee does an excellent job of planning fun themes and activities for us.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We need to have occasional department meetings to talk about standards and communication. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing here. Also, coworkers should work from home when they are sick or display sick symptoms.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In order to attract new talent, new hires with similar skills are paid the same or more than people with more experience and longevity at the company in the same positions. Our raises do not keep up with the cost of living in this area.
