What do you like best about the leadership team?

the are focused on the product of NetScout

What are some of the best things about your team?

collaborative and can get together to do agree on a solution for a instead of pushing problem away until then become unsolvable

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

RTO doesn't make sense in my mind at least for someone who doesn't interact with the team other than in webex meeting since most of the team is in a different branch and live ~45 miles from office so give exception when it make sense instead of forcing the policy regardless of situation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have not got a good raise for few year now so a good raise that is more than inflation would be good start, but also I have not got a good raise even when switching team and taking more responsibility, it seems like you are going to be stuck with the salary you started with
