I enjoy the work I do. so i go to work and do what i need and try not to be involved in the drama. i enjoy some people i work with and they make it worth it. i wish there was more communication and fun

moral needs to be up. too many cliques. lots of negativity from team leads or higher ups.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
its not a team atmosphere, lots of gossipy and whispers and closed doors. communication needs to be better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
just feel like there are not opportunities to grow, moral is down, department is separate and gossipy. feel like pay is not good compared to the economy we are in and what the job entails. benefits could be better.
