I've worked for one of the largest wireless providers in the country, as well as one of the smallest commercial airlines in the country, and other companies in between - the culture here is second to none. I'm so happy I landed here and would highly recommend Calix to anyone looking!

Great communicators, care about me (and my family) just ask much as they care about me the employee!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great pay, strong bonus structure, and so many other benefits ($1200 annually for personal wellness - IE, massages, fitness equipment, gym memberships, etc. Also employee stock purchase plans, "Calix Cares", etc.)
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone cares! And everyone is always willing to help others. I haven't met one person who isn't happy here (no place is perfect, but Calix is pretty great) - and it shows every day!
