When I am able to mark things off my to do list. My role has a lot going at once so it feels good to accomplish and move on to the next task

Renee Zdych. She is amazing. I am newer to her team and she has made me feel so welcome and supported. One of the best managers I have ever had. She creates am environment within our Pod where everyone feels empowered and confident
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really enjoy the transparency they provide. Whether it is good or bad they are not afraid to tell us and open the floor for questions and feedback. I also think they are very considerate of our time. The early releases truly show they care about us as people
