What is the best part about your compensation package?
I most appreciate the annual holidays (esp. EOY company shutdown), amount of PTO I have, and being able to work remotely. I also appreciate having a dependent care FSA and the 401k with the company match.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is supportive and collaborative; team members have high ownership and value giving and receiving feedback. We trust each other to get the job done and to do it well. The team enjoys their work too.
