Need to read up on my compensation package. I know my pay was not too bad.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm learning and getting the opportunity to do things I would have never got the chance to do at previous jobs where I have worked.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door communication. I believe they are invested in the employees being successful. This is the first company I've ever worked for that shows concern in all areas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It seems everyone is excited about the mission and goals of the company. There is a drive make the company successful and find new way to innovate to move Risepoint to the next level.
