Great company - but lacking drive and innovation. Feels very complacent in some areas and this rubs off on employees. Needs to urgently review salary competitiveness and rewarding great work.

My immediate team are the backbone of the department, but they are underpaid & not always treated with respect by colleagues. My colleagues continue to work with integrity and good humour.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
RX is losing so many great colleagues to competitors - and when you compare the rates of pay we are far behind these other companies. Are we actively trying to retain talent?
