We always joke and make fun of the situation to make the atmosphere positive.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some people are kind and some are not, and that is the reality in any work environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Moderators are assigned to many queues but the salary or compensation is not increasing. Maybe the company should increase our salary also for fairness.
