Our leadership respect us and create comfortable working environment and it's really great to be supported by your leader.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance coverage because aside from being insured it also helped the employee to save more, like you're sick and you're going to a clinic/hospital no need to pay for anything because the company already provided a HMO for they're employees.
