  • There has only been an actual HR person t this company recently but generally, it's very bad. There is a lot of pressure to keep a smile on your face which means anytime there are difficulties with a superior, or co-worker (or clients) it's always your fault. It's not transparent either so rumors end to spread like wildfire.
