Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?DSA receive bonuses and incentives up to $100 each time they work at other locations while the clinical team are made to pull shift coverages with no incentive or bonus. no raises, travel cut, insurance increased, PDO capped at 4 weeks when most medical situations take at least 6-8 weeks to recover.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?too concerned with how things look on paper and not how they really are. Management team never available. no consistency when it comes to managing situations. a lot of family and friends working together and covering for one another
