What did you like most about the interview process?It was pretty straightforward. Mostly videos and basic rules and guidelines to be gone over.
What makes you most happy at work?My client. I enjoy caring for her and listening to her stories.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The way the seem to care for the caregivers, its a nice thought.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I have met only one of my coworkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?There are no benefits, there is no pto, there’s not even full time employment being offered to get such “benefits”. There are no raises. Employee referral bonuses which are a joke because people dont want to work for what doesnt amount to much more than minimum
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication overall. Including language barriers between office staff, clients and caregivers.
