Review from Operations Dept · Posted 2 days ago

What makes me most happy at work is feeling that my work actually matters—seeing ideas turn into something useful and knowing they make a real difference. I also really value collaborating with thoughtful, supportive people who challenge me in a positive way.

Review from Customer Support Dept · Posted 2 days ago

The training materials are generic, the discussion duration per topic is short, the manager is rude, the manager's availability 1 to none, their workload from previous class is affecting the current class. This manager is stressed out

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 3 days ago

Company financial reports. Looks like we loose more money than earn. I think we should get profit when reselling third party solutions but I feel like we sometimes loose money on reselling. And our business model should be checked to ensure profit. Also huge "Selling & Marketing Expense expenses"

Review from Engineering Dept

stop biased judgement with team members

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel that executive management doesn't care about people. For example Vlad Vendrow is very good at demotivation. Decisions like "return to office or you will be fired" is a good example too. Promotion process is extremely slow

Review from Engineering Dept

manager are stupid and they don't want to listen to new ideas.

Review from Engineering Dept

Work at ringcentral is too slow sometimes. We wait a long time for other departments. The quarterly goals make everything rigid and slow.

Review from Engineering Dept

The pace of change is too fast. We need to slow down a bit, otherwise most qualified people will look for more comfortable companies.

Review from Engineering Dept

Less planning, more doing, we spend ages planning, providing "level of effort" instead of just starting working on stuff. PM team almost take years to give clear specifications, instead of just working with engineering on POC and incremental improvements

Review from Engineering Dept

- I have a lot of boring task because some people don't want to investigate time in scripting and automation so we end up with more manual tasks. - There is a lot of time wasted in Jira ticket, CMRs ...

Review from Engineering Dept

A clearer, better communicated and more stable long-term strategy

Review from Marketing Dept

Team seems to not care about one another. Communication and team culture has to improve. Maybe work more together on tasks.

Review from Engineering Dept

Work on company culture, employee engagement and motivation, more opportunities for career progression. Less layoffs

Review from HR Dept

a work from home setup will be better. less return to office days.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Salary. And so that the teams on which the quality of my work depends transmit the necessary information on time.

Review from Engineering Dept

Zero system to handle product complexity. Tech debt grows, teams get half-baked 'Agile' projects but must estimate months of work to the day. Simple changes now take ages, testing fails anyway. New hires drown for months.

Review from Engineering Dept

unclear requirements, many thing changes on air, processes don't work

Review from Engineering Dept

Over commitment, finding the correct teams to gain answers due to a fairly fragmented organisation structure

Review from Engineering Dept

Setting achievable goals and employee development plans The story about the rates

Review from Engineering Dept

It feels like onboarding of new Dev teams in India is not full enough: it's like they just being given access to GIT, and Jira with tasks/bugs, but completely unaware about how release process and prod deployment of their components looks, what is GCI etc. Populate onboarding with such info.
