Hiring team is core to the process. Very little outside influence which means that candidates get to meet / talk to the people they will be working with every day. Short process too. 2-3 conversations rather than 5+ at other companies.

What makes me happiest at work is the combination of being fairly rewarded for my contributions and having opportunities to learn new things. Feeling valued through compensation gives me motivation, and the chance to grow my skills keeps the work interesting and engaging.
