What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The company fosters an environment where people want to work hard to support each other, even if our peers are outside of our team scope. We help each other cross functionally without needing constant recognition (though receiving it is a nice bonus). It is a FUN environment where I feel connected.
What do you like best about the leadership team?I appreciate when the leadership team takes time to listen to the perspective of SMEs within the organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?I appreciate Vlad's honesty. I have a lot of respect for Kira Makagon and her desire to help others. It seems evident to me that Sonalee Parekh cares about people and authenticity.
What needs to change to make the company culture better? There should be more recognition of all teams. Recognition and rewards are consistently skewed toward Sales while other teams work incredibly hard with much lower compensation and almost no recognition.
