Our pay is too low, our productivity quotas are too high and the heat in the DC is unhealthy and unbearable . They keep,pushing us and pushing us. We have 2-3 hours overtime every day. It will be a Kira clear if someone doesn't try to get a union in here.Reimbursement for college classes for front end associates.
