Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When hired in November 2022 I was told that I would be bonus eligible in 2023, no bonus program information to date. Additionally, I was recently given a new position without the benefit of the role being described, an option to decline or headcount added to take on my old responsibilities.
