Historically my experience was awesome. Every year we chip away at what was great in our individual product lines. The multiple migrations of 2023 took a toll on a lot of people. I believe it was a huge mistake to simply do everything Allocate was doing. Managers need to be asked for more input.

The leadership team shares a good deal of information with us. They also seem very invested in the success of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is stellar! I wish they could be used as an example to the company as a team who is hard-working, responsible, customer-focused, and always willing to take on more work if it benefits the customers or the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to do my core responsibilities and support my team without being burdened with requests for information or tasks that I believe do not provide true value to the company or our customers. Rarely I'm asked for my true input - when I am, I feel valued and appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honestly, this has slipped since the integration of all of our products into "One RLD". Traditionally, EVERYONE in the company seemed to be on the same page and behaved as a team. This has been a struggle since we report through so many different channels but many of us still try to stay positive.
