Don't feel that I am being used at my capacity and would like more opportunities to use all of my skills & abilities
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Matching timing of annual reviews and raises would be helpful. Compensation comensurate with peers that have similar tenure would help me feel more valued. Annual bonuses have decreased dramatically over time so overall compensation has gone down even with getting annual raises
