Appreciate working for a company that is finally stable.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I work with several teams. It's a work in progress but the best part is when we synch with shared values and objectives. Those are the times that we trust each other, help each other and ultimately perform well together.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I don't hear a great deal about the leadership team so I can assume they are doing a good job. One individual I have been following is Dr. Tim McDonald and I have enormous admiration for his work, his open and ethical approach, and his enthusiasm.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

From my own observations, there are still many things we need to sort out as we grow as a fast growing company with a large collaborating workforce. There are different company cultures and work styles that need to be addressed (as needed) and respected (when it yields a positive environment).
