They have clearly defined goals that are well-communicated to employees, and there is a plan to achieve those goals.

It's nice to get a bonus that is tied to company performance to incentivize me to do my part to help achieve those goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. From the time I started, they welcomed me to the team and have been very helpful whenever I have questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The enthusiasm about supporting safer healthcare through the software solutions we provide. I worked for another software company and, while it was easy to get behind their products, it was not nearly as valuable or relevant as ours!
