What makes you most happy at work?

Coworkers and meeting a variety of customers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The most positive part about the environment is a good lower level management team who will ask questions of higher ups if we have questions.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our team is personable, hard working, willing to help each other at any time and overall wonderful people. We have a range of ages and backgrounds but fit together really well.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership team is working via Town Halls to keep people more informed and be more accessible. The RLDaily also give us some glimpse into goals for the company as a whole. Difficult is to see how each product team plays into those goals so I'm not always sure where my team fits into overal goals.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part for me personally is the work from home option and the generous time off package. Wages are fair but still difficult to see how we can move up to do more if looking for additional compensation. Also, last year bonuses were mentioned but no idea what I would need to do to be eligible.
