I thoroughly enjoy working here. I have only ever considered leaving because of compensation.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I really enjoy my role. I find myself stressed and overwhelmed at times but always feel rewarded when I complete a task well. I do wish that I was paid more and at market value, I have considered leaving and probably will within the next 18 months if I don't get an improvement on this

My team is always willing to help each other and are all very kind. We all work together very well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my compensation does not reflect the work that I am doing. I would like to have some sort of significant raise to reflect this or I may begin to look elsewhere for employment

I feel undervalued at this company due to my compensation. I know that if I was a new hire I would be making 10k+ more than I am now. It has made me look into other job opportunities, something that I would not have done if I was paid fairly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued as I am not making as much money as my peers. I do love my job but when others doing the same job are making more than me it makes it difficult to feel valued. Also my compensation makes it difficult to love my job because I find myself struggling to make ends meet at times.
