That we hold onto what RL Solutions used to be like even though Jeff has torn down everything that we built

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Having anyone is leadership care. We always hear good things in townhalls etc but it is never backed up with anything. Good job done but no reward/reognition

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Care about all at the company besides those that are executives. David Vigil is a prime example of someone that does not know or care much about the people in nam

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is easy to get along with and seems to be good at their job. Never have much worries about people in the office and you don't have to go to the office to see this. Outside it seems they have no idea who or what we are
