The thing that continues to be the most frustrating is the lack of congruency in things HR offered and confirmed that were available to me, and the actual ability to use them. 10/10 in actual work tasks and projects, but some of the HR related things may be what causes me to look elsewhere.

they seem to really invest in the people managers so i never doubt they care

It was quite easy to get approval to do external trainings. My team is close.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I know they truly care about me and I can always count on them to do the things they say they will do and what pushes the projects forward.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Previous companies paid entirely for my health insurance, was originally hired on as a more junior member and the move to senior didn't happen for > a year, despite it being clear and communicated my skills more closely represented a senior employee, from the beginning
