Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Each day brings a new challenge and ability to learn something new! Collaborating with really smart and motivating people is inspiring. We work together to solve problems and improve our processes. While the work is complex and never boring, there is true collaboration within the team.

Annual Company Trip, Swag, outings with coworkers

Solving complex scenarios. Working on methodology that bring efficiencies to future projects

healthy work/life balance, feeling like my voice is being heard. feeling like i am making a difference

What are some of the best things about your team?

Open to collaboration. People don't have egos. They want to learn and share what they know. The care about quality and care about the work that we do.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

When we are able to get together face-to-face and collaborate. My team is spread over the entire US so getting together is rare but when it happens, it is very motivating and fun

What are some of the best things about your team?

I get through the hard days because of my coworkers. They bring 100% each day. They are some of the smartest people I have ever worked with. There is a lot of collaboration and no egos.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

All of my interactions with the leadership team have been upbeat and positive. Everyone has a vision or a great idea. They are excited about the work, our people, and our impact on the world which trickles down and creates a motivated workforce.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

That they are approachable and are willing to make time to discuss. They truly will listen to what you have to say. Many of them actually did the work before they got to where they are so they really understand what it takes to do our jobs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like I am working harder than I have ever worked before. There wasn't a bump in pay or bonus to feel rewarded for the hard work. I also have direct reports that are in a similar position but there isn't a budget for me to financial reward them for the increased workload. burn out is a concern
