Its good, not the best, but its secure. You can grow if you are self motivated, your voice will be heard if you are loud enough. People are good to socialise with, and mostly good to work with. It takes some time to implement newer technologies and modern ways of working, but the wait is worth it.

Its easy to start working, good amounts of work, the more challenges you ask for the more you get, and you get rewarded properly, your voice is heard, and if you push enough you can make a change.

Everyone helps one another, you can talk to anyone and feel free to be yourself

They make good decisions sometimes, and when the focus is on the employees they do look into them and help out.

The private medical insurance covers partners or family members, plus we get a discount if we want to enroll a third person. The FitKit points are good.

The team is the only thing keeping me in the company, our collaboration is great, our communication is awesome. To coordinate and get things done is what we do best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive is that people help each other out, you can ask anyone for explanation, or help with something and they respond. There is no judging, you can be yourself. If you do help someone it will be greatly appreciated.
