Providing great value for our customers with high quality while maintaining positive and productive work culture.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We generally have a positive company culture. People are supportive and accepting in almost all teams. People have space to learn, make mistakes without being blamed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe our pay is low. I have friends, ex colleagues and relatives in the industry that are taking bigger salary for a less stressful positions. Company is not doing much for retention, no events, no social budget, no travel, very little team building. Budget cuts on everything.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The products we work on bring a lot of value to our customers. There is a sense of having a noble cause to help organizations provide safer care to patients all over the world. I think that is what makes many people show up with a smile in the office almost every day.
