All in all, i love working for RLDatix. It is a place where everything is so dynamic, interesting, challenging, and where days pass by so fast but at the end of the day you feel satisfied and happy.

They are all easy to connect to, super supportive and they make work much easier and more fun :)
What makes you most happy at work?
That each day is different from the other and that each day i'm learning something new which i find quite challenging and interesting. Also, here is the morning coffee on the rooftop :)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that, no matter the title, they are People at first. They value you and your opinion, and they are here to hear you, support you and help you if needed, which i believe is one of the most important things in such a big company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Beside the yearly salary increase, here is the private insurance not just for the employee but for one more person from the family which in my case, with a small kid at home it is very beneficial. But one of my favorites are the RLGreatix points :)
