What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base salary reflects fair compensation for my role within the company, which I greatly appreciate. However, I have concerns regarding the bonus structure. Currently, my bonus is significantly influenced by many other employees' performance, not just my individual contribution.

One of the best aspects of our team is the exceptional level of product knowledge each member possesses. Additionally, our ability to collaborate globally is a significant strength. Despite the challenges of different time zones and cultures, we work cohesively and effectively.
