Everyone seems to work work together. I do not see arguing and poor attitudes towards each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even though unintentional, in order to be successful, I am responsible to manage people, projects, clients and the software itself. I am not compensated enough for all of those responsibilities.
