Annual bonus for meeting / exceeding goals as well as higher salary would make me feel way better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone wants the company to do well so they work together to make every implementation, project, sale, etc. a success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A lot of them are fairly new, but they seem transparent and approachable. They also seem invested in our success as a company and ensuring company morale is high.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always willing to help out however they can. We really are a team and there is no competing against one another or trying to get ahead of everyone else.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Trusting me to manage projects on a schedule that works for me and my customers. I like being able to go for a walk, pick up kids from school and take a long lunch break if needed and not worry I am not in my seat for eight consecutive hours a day.
