Provide enough information that really care to me, give us their support and they are open and honest

What are some of the best things about your team?

Through collaboration, the team is finding acceptable solutions for improvement, learning for mistakes and making the future work easier. They are supporting each-other to achieve the goals.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I strongly believe my line management did everything that was doable to compensate me financially,but there are still space to be improved as I am still payed lower than the responsibilities I am taking and are defined with my role,and responsibilities I am taking outside my role to achieve the goal
