they work very hard and have positive attitudes even when the pressure is on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I should be paid comparable to pharmaceutical companies and not software companies. I know I could easily go into pharma industry making close to 40K more than I do now.
